Update 0.9.2.2 - Bug fix re PIR motion
0.9.2.2 - Bug Fix - pircheck failed to check that the Postgresql database was open before running, causing an exception. Fixed - pircheck will check and wait 5 mins.
Applies to all PIR devices - both those attached to TESS and those with individual Sensor Control Units.
